Most of my customers don't realise I'm happy to do home visits and look after your proactively:

I offer an Annual Service giving remote support, proactively monitored anti-virus/security updates for £84 per year (or £7 a month)

Prefer ad-hoc support:

I can come to your home, clean up your PC or laptop, they're more like cars than anything else and need a service once in a while to keep them running smoothly.

You can also give it to me at work, I'll take away and bring back.

Service - Declutter, scan, update to boost speed
Replace your slow old Harddrive with a super quick Solid State Drive - give a new lease of life to an old machine
Got Windows 10 - Upgrading to Windows 11 maybe an option
Internet Access and Wireless issues

Overheating - most likely your fan just needs de-fluffing
