Filtering and Monitoring
Keeping Children Safe in Education has profoundly changed the way education settings have to look at how they protect children and staff. With much more intelligent monitoring and reporting of incidents, in real time in the most serious of events and wherever they may be when using the organisations devices.
If you haven't reviewed and changed your provision in the last few years it is very unlikely you are meeting the requirements of KCSiE. Plus many providers say they meet the requirements when really they don't (all while charging a small fortune for the privilege)

A lot of schools and businesses use Microsoft 365 for email and Teams, but don't make use of the vast majority of its power. Shared calendars, instant messaging, forms, shared storage, just for a start!
