Support is provided on a scheduled or as required basis, with a simple hourly rate. No call out or travel charges, you are charged for time spent on site sorting your IT problems or helping move your network forward.

 

Remote support is setup for customers with server based networks so I can respond very quickly to urgent requests for assistance. Remote support to desktops is also available at request.
